Hello There :)
I have Fujifilm Minilab 350 and i get the SOS detection failed error
At startup sometimes i get the red thermometer.
I checked the laser exposure and adjusted the temperature and still get the error. And how should the Polygon mirror position be?
Can you please help me ? :?: :|

I recommend to check AOM drivers condition.
Swap the cables of red and green AOM drivers and see the result.
Report here pls.

Hello Yustas !
I swapped the AOM drivers and the first day i did that the machine started working without SOS Problem but the pictures were missing some color.
I made a color calibration and the color was ok. But after two days, again i get the SOS E-2529 and the red thermometer (see in attachment)

The Pictures were green, i made the print test with print densitometer and color was fixed.
So i think that the red was missing. But how did the machine print after the calibration with the same quality?

So it is easy to understand now that AOM driver which is on green channel at the moment - is dead.
Please swap it with blue AOM driver and see the result.
if in a certain time you will see problems with blue channel - it will prove my thought.
Please report.

So i swapped the AOM drivers as you said.Blue color was very saturated and hardly red color. Calibrated it again the pictures print fine. I think the R-AOM is faulty :(

2529 is allways the grren laser, either the laser, the AOM, the AOM driver, or the LDD20, FMC20 board.
The SOS (Start of Scan) Sensor is located inside the optical section just under the 3 fans.
